Lead time for monogrammed items is 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed. No returns are permitted on monogrammed items unless product is defective in materials or workmanship. Please reference our Shipping & Returns policy for more information.

Care

Machine wash cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric & cause yellowing). Do not use fabric softener. Wash dark colors separately. To minimize shrinkage, tumble dry on low heat.

2. USPS Ground Advantage – 5 business days
3. USPS Priority Mail – 2 business days
4. USPS Priority Mail Express – 1 business day

Oversized & Heavy Items:
Certain large items, such as comforters, bulk towels, pillows, and feather beds, may require additional fees for expedited shipping. Rugs and furniture are shipped via a third-party carrier and cannot be expedited. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK).
