Care: Care Instructions for both Duvets and Pillows: To ensure the life of your duvet and to minimize laundering, we recommend using a Towelbar duvetcover and our Fiona Pillow Protector. Machine wash cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric and causeyellowing). Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within one business day and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
Business days are counted Monday through Friday (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days).
Backordered items will be shipped separately once they become available.
Orders containing items from different manufacturers may arrive in separate shipments.

5. USPS Priority Mail Express – 1 business day

Oversized & Heavy Items:

Certain large items, such as comforters, bulk towels, pillows, and featherbeds, may require additional fees for expedited shipping. Rugs and furniture are shipped via a third-party carrier and cannot be expedited. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK).
